Francesco Tino was born in Chiaravalle Centrale on July 2, 1996. In 2016, he won a scholarship for the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston, and later was admitted to the National Jazz Academy in Siena. He graduated in Jazz Bass in Siena with top marks and honors in 2021, and was accepted into the two-year program with a scholarship, studying under some of the world’s most important jazz musicians, including Ralph Alessi, Logan Richardson, Seamus Blake, Ziv Ravitz, Jim Black, Greg Burk, and many others. Meanwhile, he maintains an active career as a performer, collaborating with various nationally and internationally renowned jazz artists such as Nasheet Waits, Dan Kinzelman, Nico Gori, Francesco Diodati, Francesco Cafiso, Roberto Cecchetto, Giovanni Amato, Fabrizio Bosso, Alessandro Paternesi, and Francesco Bigoni.
