These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases of physical products made through autrecords.com.

2. Products and prices
The products offered through autrecords.com are mainly CDs, vinyl records and other physical music releases.
Prices are displayed in euros (€). Any applicable taxes and shipping costs are shown before the order is completed.
Digital-only purchases are made through Bandcamp and are subject to Bandcamp’s own terms and conditions.
3. Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided during checkout is complete and accurate.
After an order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of a pricing error, payment problem or product unavailability. If payment has already been received, the amount paid will be refunded.
4. Payment
Available payment methods are shown during checkout. Payments are processed through the payment providers indicated on the website.
Aut Records does not directly store customers’ payment card details.
5. Shipping and delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer during checkout.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before the order is confirmed. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and postal or courier services.
For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country may apply and, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Returns and right of withdrawal
Consumers purchasing from within the European Union have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to the exceptions provided by law.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed audio recordings, including CDs and vinyl records, once they have been unsealed after delivery.

7. Damaged, defective or incorrect products
If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what was ordered, please contact us at info@autrecords.com.
Nothing in these Terms limits the consumer’s statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods.
8. Availability
Products are offered subject to availability. In the rare event that a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact the customer and refund any amount already paid for the unavailable item.
9. Website content
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, prices and other information on the website are accurate. Minor errors or omissions may occasionally occur and will be corrected when identified.
All music, artwork, photographs, texts and other material displayed on the website remain the property of their respective copyright holders and may not be reproduced without permission.
10. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
11. Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in the customer’s country of residence.
Consumers retain the right to use any dispute-resolution procedures available to them under applicable law.
