Appears on:She holds a Master’s degree in Jazz Singing with highest honors and special mention from the G. Frescobaldi Conservatory in Ferrara, where she studied under Marta Raviglia. Since 2023, she has been further developing her vocal technique through opera studies with Maestro Miguel Curti.
Her music draws from jazz and contemporary language, while maintaining a strong connection to the sounds, stories, and spirit of her Sicilian roots. This personal approach takes shape in projects such as Two/Hundred, a duo with vocalist and performer Erica Ruggiero, and Rarichi, an octet dedicated to collective exploration and porous composition.
She has collaborated with several musicians across the music scene, including Fabrizio Puglisi, Vincenzo Vasi, Piero Bittolo Bon, Alfonso Santimone, Roberto Manuzzi, Alessandro Paternesi, Carlo Cattano, Rob Mazurek and others.
Her work has been awarded in various national competitions: Best Arrangement (Premio delle Arti 2021), Best Composition (Jaci&Jazz 2022), and 2nd Prize at the On Time Contest 2024 with the Vincenzo Bosco Sextet, later selected for the Conad Jazz Contest at Umbria Jazz 2025. In 2023, she was a finalist in the Chicco Bettinardi Competition (vocalists section).
She has performed at festivals such as Umbria Jazz, Ferrara in Jazz, Correggio Jazz, Villa Lazzaroni Summer Festival, and Risveglio – Il suono della città and so on. She has also attended workshops and masterclasses with Miguel Zenón, Theo Bleckmann, Sara Serpa, Maria Pia De Vito, Rob Mazurek, Francesco Diodati, Susanne Abbhuel, Francesco Bigoni, Roberto Cecchetto, Francesco Ponticelli, Marcello Allulli, continuing to refine and expand her musical language.
She appears on several recordings, including La sposa e i viandanti , La Compagnia dell’Encelado Superbo (2021), L’amore è una fiamma, Ars Antiqua World Jazz Ensemble (2022), Deconstruction, Tribalia (2022), Quiete, Claudio Francica (2024), Absolute Storm, LAB PSL (2024), and Oka.pi, Orange Combutta (2025).
